Question / Help Best setup settings?

Hey folks

Could you please suggest me the best setting while installing the OBS? We are using it to deliver educational content. We are using OSB for offline screen capture. What is the best setting you suggest? Like the for FPS and the for res?

Use the Auto Configuration Wizard that pops up at initial installation. To call it again, use Tools->Auto Configuration Wizard.
