Question / Help Can I record on this laptop?

Hi! I have a Dell Inspiron N5010 15R with this specifications:

Intel Core i5 450M 2.4GHZ
AMD Radeon HD Mobility 5470 512MB (with ventilation problems)
4GB RAM
320 GB RAM HDD

I have a cooler, but my procesor is very hot (100*C)

I record LoL on low settings, but I want the best options for OBS.
