Question / Help Dropping in-game frames when streaming/recording/previewing

Hello, so I have a problem regarding frame drops when either streaming/recording/previewing. The thing is that every 5 second or so I get a hell of a lot of frame drop in game, (not in the stream/video/previewing.) I have tried differnt mehods and did the log file search and did what it said and it said it was still a app but couldnt detect what app it was, I have the log file ready here for you. If anyone can solve this issue would be amazing, to summarize, i get frame drops IN GAME every 5 second or so when doing on the things I said earlier, and it drops with bout' 20-30fps but it is like choppy for less than a second or so, No frame drops shown on OBS, I use Strexm overlays that makes this thing happended, when I disable it, it sops, but I really want to use Strexm and by that I use CLR plugin.

Looks like I did upload the log file, so you can see the whole one there in the files, all of them are the same

Found some info about this with Process Explorer but couldnt fond out HOW to use IT properly to find the issue, and I see more people Tham me having this problem atm.
