Dynamic Network Bitrate impacting Replay Buffer

Hey, I've recently discovered an issue(?) where enabling the 'Dynamically change bitrate to manage congestion' and using the '(Use stream encoder)' setting for recording causes footage clipped via replay buffer to match the fluctuating bitrate of the stream rather than the constant bitrate.

This is NOT an issue when recording. I can confirm the stream correctly changes the bitrate when necessary, but the recording remains at the max constant bitrate. However, this isn't the case for replay buffer, which I presumed would behave similarly to recording.

My question is whether this is normal behaviour or potentially an oversight? I can provide a log file if needed.

This is the expected behavior when using the stream encoder. If the stream has to drop bitrate, then the anything using the stream encoder will also drop bitrate. Use a separate encoder for recording to avoid this.

Hey, thanks for your response. You're right, I did I thorough test and found that I was wrong about recordings maintaining the stable bitrate. It does drop when the stream encoder does.
