Question / Help Facecam stretching automatically

I've noticed some streamers on Twitch that seem to be able to make their camera go full screen when they quit game. Such as if they have an issue or are ending their stream.

It seems like a handy feature to use. I can't seem to figure out how they do it and can't find any tutorials online. It is something I would like to use when I leave and say bye to my viewers rather than awkwardly going into my settings and edit it live.

I keep trying to set this up. Using Scene switcher but I don't think I am getting it right. Is there a more in depth tutorial?
