How can I force Look-Ahead using Quicksync?

Hello.

Before OBS Studio v30, there's Bitrate Control Modes with Look-Ahead enabled, such LA_CBR and LA_ICQ for Quicksync.

Now, there's no such options.

How can I force Look-Ahead with Quicksync?

In the logs, Look-Ahead is disabled.
