Live Text Bridge from Presentation - Retrieves text from the current presentation on Microsoft PowerPoint or LibreOffice Impress

This tool bridges from presentation texts to streaming lower-thirds during live event. While a presentation slideshow is being displayed in-person, this tool retrieves the current slide's text, optionally applies small modifications, and sends it to OBS Studio Text Source -- typically as a lower-third overlay during a live stream.

• Added Unocode normalization filter.
• When sending text through obs-websocket, implemented a coroutine so that other outputs get new slide quickly.
• Added verbosity level control options (-v and -q).

Bug Fixes in 0.3.0

• linebreak: Fixed breaking a line between a CJK character and a digit.
• linebreak: Fixed character count method. Also added more parameters to adjust counting method for Unicode characters.
