I have just updated to the latest version of OBS and I am finding that when livestreaming, my FPS stutters. I only experience this when streaming and not recording to file and I am not being bottlenecked by my connection. The curious thing about this is that this FPS stutter is not projected in the my games by the FPS counter, these still show a steady constant +60FPS even though it feels like its fluctuating around 40 to 20. I would be able to tell you what version of OBS I have but I am unable to locate it in the menu bar
