Question / Help Need help with file output only video recording.

Hey guys!

I've tried a lot of setups for OBS and it is still very very lagging. At first i was very confused because my laptop is pretty good. Here are my specs in the screenshot. Also my video adapter is "Intel HD Graphics Family".
The game I try to record is League of Legends, and it runs smooth with high quality, over 60 fps, and i really dont lag in-game.
Hope you guys can help me. The things i totally can' t understand are bitrate, CPU preset and the "Custom x264 Encoder Settings" thing...
Remember that i want to record video not to stream.

Actually that's a 2-core 1.8GHz CPU... pretty weak.

If you post a log, then you might get some answers on how to better setup your stuff, but with a CPU that weak, you won't get very far.

Yup, a dual core that's half the clockspeed of a "real" i7. You might be able to use Quicksync though, try that.
