Hey,
I've got a big problems with OBS.Each time I record,the game starts running laggy.
I'v got a performant laptop(here are the specs.):
Intel Core I7@ 2,4GHz,up to 3 GHz
8 GB RAM
Nvidia GEFORCE GTX940 M
...
Tried all kind of thing to 'boost' the PC performance while recording..but none of them helped..
I have put the OBS on an external HardDrive..nothing
I've put from 8000 bitrate to 1200..nothing
When I changed the resolution,it wasn't lagging anymore but it was recording just a chunk of my monitor,a small rectangle,about 1/2 of my monitor (changed the resolution from 1920x1080 to 960x540,same ratio)..
Now I am trying to move the OBS in the /:D from /:C .I've heard that if the game is in C directory (In this case,League of Legends), the recording program must be in another directory to work fine.
If this won't work,I don't know what will...
Can you please help me?I would like to know how to set the quality of the recording,so it won't record Ultra HD
