Question / Help OBS Settings for new Notebook

Hello,
I bought a new notebook for recording and can not get my OBS to local record a game.
Local Recording youtube for example is working fine, but as soon as I start Krosmaster Arena and record, either it breaks down to 0 byte or it has only 15 frames in starting screen depending on settings.
I think I tried most of the changes out.
I also tried using the settings of my old notebook which had 30 FPS at starting screen, but even they would generate more than 20 Frames on average at the same screen.
It shows that CPU usage is too high and it sometimes reaches around 60-70 on my dual core 2.16 GHz CPU.

Could you maybe help me to make local recordings.

Here are my settings, which work fine on my older notebook which only has a smaller resolution mainly.

Buying a new notebook doesn't necessarily put you into a gaming computer... Can you please post your new notebooks system specifications? Primarily the CPU, GPU, and RAM.

Also post your capture method for the game you're playing.

Thanks I have a Notebook with 8 GB RAM, 2.16 GHz Dual Core and Intel(R) HD Graphics. This should totally be enough for a Game Capture for a Game of Krosmaster Arena. What do you mean by Cature Method. In OBS I use the Gamecapture as a Source.

I think you got a nice ram but.....
your VGA and processor is not really enough

i wonder what your old notebook was, because this one is probably worth like 100$ and got thrown away by someone because you can barely use it for nowadays office workload... maybe you can stream your desktop not doing anything and pray for the cpu usage not to max out

also please post logs and not the config file :)

Here is one log where I managed to record for some minutes.

I bought my old computer for a little bit more than this with windows8 years ago.
The CPU of my old Laptop is definitly worse, but I do not know about the GPU.
I hope this maybe helps.

I get this as help for my Windows 10 Notebook:
To this I want to say that I can not diable Aero in Video options for whatever reason, but I should have disabled it in windows. I am also not using window capture for recording my game.
Weak CPU

You appear to be using a Celeron CPU. This is a weak CPU which will likely not be able to stream well without significant resolution downscaling or low FPS.

Faster preset in use

You have changed the default preset to ultrafast. The default of veryfast is designed for the optimum balance of quality and CPU usage. Using ultrafast will result in greatly reduced quality. If possible, try to change other things such as lowering the resolution or FPS before modifying the preset. The help is mainly talking about streaming, but I only use local recordings.

VBR in use

Consider enabling CBR for improved stream quality. CBR will use a fixed bitrate which allows a smoother network stream, reducing the chances of frame drops for both you and your viewers.

Excessive bitrate

Your bitrate is very high. For live streaming, your viewers must also be able to download at the bitrate you specified. Setting too high of a bitrate will cause your viewers to experience lag and your stream may also drop frames if the streaming service you use does not support such high bitrates.

Monitor capture detected

One of your scenes appears to be using monitor capture. Monitor capture is the slowest and least efficient method of capturing, and can cause FPS lag on both your stream and your game and will also cause problems capturing full-screen games. Consider using game capture or window capture instead (this does not apply to Windows 8).

Monitor capture with Aero enabled

You are using monitor capture with Aero enabled. This will cause severe performance degradation. If you absolutely must use monitor capture, disable Aero from video settings (this does not apply to Windows 8).
