Only 1 camera at a time

Our church has been using 2 tiny OBSBOT First Gen Cameras on a Windows 11 several years with no problems. Our computer was rather old and slow so we purchased a new computer.

When both cameras are connected by USB (no hub), Windows 11 recognizes both cameras; the OBSBOT Center (camera software) works with both cameras; BUT the OBS software now only recognizes 1 camera

I can connect 1 camera at a time by USB to the computer and OBS software recognizes each of them individually BUT if I connect both cameras the OBS software only sees one of them. I do see that windows has labeled them the exact same name.

Sorry for bumping an aging thread, but I had a similar issue, only with original OBSBOT Tiny cameras.

I learned that most USB hubs can't handle more than one or two camera streams at the same time. The fix for me was to plug one camera into the hub and the second camera directly into one of the computer's USB-C ports.

OBSBOT offers a USB hub that is supposed to be able to handle the output of 3 simultaneous OBSBOT Tiny 2 cameras, but I haven't tried that. Search for "OBSBOT 3-in-1 USB 3.0 Hub".

Thanks for the link to the OBSBOT hub, I'll look into it. We ended up adding a USB cable booster to the camera that didn't have one, and then put both cameras individually into the computer. That seemed to do the trick, but we are now running out of USBs on the computer.
