Question / Help Optimize PC and Elgato HD60 Pro?

Hey OBS forums. I was wondering if there was anyway if someone could help me with making my stream look a bit less blurry and make it more smooth. It seems as if maybe my OBS settings are interfering or my PC wont output enough ram or CPU power to obs perhaps. (That may not be the issue) I am a streamer and Youtuber, so having this fixed would be great.

PC Specs:

Processor: Intel Core I7-4790k

Motherboard: Gigabyte Z97x SLI-CF

Ram: DDR3 8G (8 Gigs of ram)

GPU (Graphics Card): NVIDIA GeForce GTX 970 MSI
