Hi folks,
I bought an Easy Capture device to record VHS tapes to digital. However, when I plug it in and I open EBS, it gives my Video Capture Device screen a rolling shutter effect (rolling lines). The shutter effect goes from the bottom to the top, continuously. I started recording footage, and it's effecting my footage as well.
Display resolution of my monitor and the Base and Output resolution in OBS are all the same.
Is there something in OBS I can do to eliminate this ?
