Question / Help stretch image on obs using elgato hd60

Hello,

As stated in the title I would like to know how I can stretch the output of my video using the elgato hd60 capture card as there is no option for it in my settings.

Goal: Stretch 1024x768 video to 16:9 1280x720 on stream
