YouTube Video upload issues

Hi, I am streaming a weekly church service with a lower-grade HP Lap working with an ATT DSL line with a normal upload capacity of about 11,000 mbs.
I'm showing no skipped frames and the upload is running about 2550 mbs.
The last few weeks the video halts for a few seconds several times during the video.
Does anyone have an idea what might be the problem?

I am using OBS Studio on a HP laptop with openSUSE Leap 15.6. The laptop uses a 100Mps Ethernet connection to the local network on which also a Vivotek camera is connected with a 100 Mbps connection. The network is connected via a modem to a fiberglass connection of 1Gbps, but the connection is limited to 150 Mbps.
I broadcast a Sunday service to YouTube and notice a CPU load of the system of 33%.
I did have recently almost no halts in the video stream, but last Sunday I had plenty ; about 30 seconds long. The sound continues uninterrupted.
I do have these halts already from the beginning, less frequent than this last time, and it puzzles me why I had almost none during a few previous sessions.
I control the camera via Wi-Fi from yet another laptop and does not see any halts in the video stream.
Does anyone have an idea what might be the problem?
